The Uxia da Ponte vineyard occupies 0.3 hectares and has both centenary and young vines replanted with "spikes" from the old vines. The soil is granite and clay and the climate is continental with a marked Atlantic influence. The harvest is manual in 18 kilogram boxes and the winemaking includes maceration with dry ice in a press and fermentation at controlled temperature.

When tasting, Uxia da Ponte wine is an experience for the senses. It has a pale yellow color and an intensity of spicy aromas of fennel, coriander, chamomile and leaf litter. When you move the glass, more fruity notes and memories of quince are released. In the mouth, it is structured, powerful and unctuous, with a great concentration of fruit and balanced acidity. The aftertaste is fresh and intense.

Uxia da Ponte wine is recommended to be served between 7 and 10 °C and has a recommended consumption until 2026 if kept in optimal conditions. It is ideal to pair with baked or grilled fish, white meats and light stews with herbaceous notes.
