Servilio Roble, a young red wine made with Tempranillo grapes and matured in barrels for 9 months. Its intense cherry red color with purple iridescence, and a complex aroma, highlighting the black fruits of the forest and red, as well as floral, vanilla, spice and toasted notes. In the mouth it is tasty, with good tannic structure and a harmony between fruit and wood, and an elegant finish. It is produced in the DO Ribera del Duero and its preparation includes a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 7-8 days, followed by controlled fermentation and malolactic fermentation.
