With an alcohol volume of 12.5%, this wine has been destemmed and pressed from the youngest vineyards. When seen, its straw yellow color with greenish reflections is clean and bright. On the nose, fresh and intense notes of stone fruits and citrus are perceived with a balsamic background. In the mouth, the sweet acidity of citrus and stone fruits predominates, giving a very long finish thanks to elegant bitters.
