With an authentic expression both of the landscape and of the traditional grape varieties, Joan Sarda brut rosé has a unique character. An ideal balance between volume and structure, freshness and acidity.
With a delicate pale pink color and fine, elegant bubbles, this cava is very expressive. Made with Garnacha, its aroma is clear and elegant with great intensity and notes of red and wild fruits. Soft and refined mouth feeling, combining volume and structure with freshness and acidity. Aged for 15 months, it is complex with pleasant sensations and a persistent finish.

This cava has a Cava Denomination of Origin, aged for 15 months, a 75 cl bottle, it is a brut rosé cava, it has an alcoholic strength of 12% and contains sulphites.
