Description:

La Vanidosa Nº1, this 100% Garnacha wine from 2019 is made with hand-selected grapes and an exclusive process. Fermentation takes place at low temperature with prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. Aged for a minimum of 14 months in French barrels of different sizes and uses. Light filtering before bottling and natural clarification in the barrel. In the glass, it appears lively, bright and deep, with a medium-high layer. On the nose, it is intense and ripe with spicy notes typical of the area's Grenache, liquorous black fruit and well-integrated wood. On the palate, it is tasty and sweet with a mineral touch, sweet tannins and vegetal nuances that clean the mouth, and a balanced and long finish with fresh, clean wood.
