EARLY RIPENING GRAPE

• It is an early maturation grape without going through the barrel, which after being made on land, ends its production process with 6 months of underwater storage.
• This wine belongs to the sea as its origin, given its maturation system through underwater storage. Its origin is of the highest quality, following our oenological standards. Grape from 20 to 25-year-old vines from renowned vineyards irrigated by the Arandilla River, whose waters, like wine, flow into the sea.
• By the very fact of our underwater storage process, this wine is outside of any Denomination of Origin.
• Extremely silky, it is a wine that surprises with its changes every 15 minutes; it is a totally different wine.
• Alcohol content: 13.5%.
