Description:

This wine is a blend of 60% Bobal and 40% Garnacha with an alcoholic strength of 13%. It is made with traditional agriculture and minimal intervention in the vineyard. It is harvested manually and fermented with native yeasts. The aging in second-year French oak barrels gives it a complex aroma with notes of cherry cherries, strawberries and roses. In the mouth it is a wine with great volume, fresh and persistent. It is recommended to take it at 8°C with Mediterranean food or as an aperitif.
