Description:

This 100% Bobal wine is the result of careful and artisanal production in the district of Casas de Eufemia (Requena), using native yeasts and minimal intervention. The 75-year-old vineyard, located in the DO Utiel-Requena region, at an altitude of 770m, produces grapes that are grown following traditional, environmentally friendly agriculture.

The wine has an alcoholic strength of 14.5% and a very intense color. In aroma, forest fruits and red fruits stand out, with a Mediterranean touch. In the mouth, it is fresh and with ripe tannins.

Aging in second and third use barrels improves the primary aromas of the variety.
