    Pioneers for 15 years in working with the native Mandó variety, Abadal Mandó is a tribute to Bages and the innovative spirit of Abadal.

    Abadal Mandó takes us into the middle of the Bages forest with floral, carob and undergrowth aromas and a spicy background of licorice and ripe fruit. The palate is balanced, sweet and round, with a finish that recalls the aromatic typicality of this variety and a lively acidity that gives it a long life in the glass. Freshness, elegance and varietal identity.

    Aging in oak barrels and clay amphora. During this time, pigeage work is carried out to promote varietal aromatic extraction, as well as color. 12 months of aging: 40% in barrels and 60% in clay amphora.
