With a 100% Tardana variety, it is grown in a vineyard that is more than 60 years old in the Sabinilla de Casas de Eufemia area. The production is artisanal and is carried out with minimal intervention, which allows the essence and character of the grape to be preserved.

The color is straw white with matte tones, and its aroma is complex, with notes of fruits such as peach and apricot and a spicy background from aging in the barrel. On the palate, it is a fruity wine with a marked volume and a great center in the mouth thanks to its contact for 3 months with the fine lees.
