Description:

This white wine from the DO Monterrei is produced by the Quinta das Tapias winery and is made with 100% Treixadura variety. During production, the Treixadura grape is macerated with dry ice at 10ºC for a period of 8 hours.

The result is a pale yellow wine with green reflections, which has excellent clarity and brightness. On the nose, it stands out for its fruity and slightly floral aroma, with notes of white and stone fruits such as apple, peach, apricot and citrus.
