Iselen wine from Bodegas D. Mateos is a red wine with origin in the Spanish region of Aldeanueva de Ebro. Made in vineyards that are an average of 10 years old, this wine has been carefully made through a destemming and fermentation process in steel tanks. stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 25 days with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation and aging are also carried out in 225-liter barrels made from French oak (30%) and American oak (70%). The grape variety used is a mixture of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha, with a yield of 10,000 kg per hectare. The wine is presented in boxes of 12 bottles and is an excellent option to pair with white meat and fatty fish dishes, rice, pasta, sausages and creamy cheeses.
