ORIGIN OF GRAPES:

The vineyards are the testimony of the long family passion. The Abadal vineyards grow in wooded terrain and in a microclimate of contrasts that provides intensity to the grapes and quality to the wines. These have an approximate area of ​​107 hectares. The vines, the low rainfall and the incorporation of the latest viticulture and production techniques are the basis of some magnificent wines.

ELABORATION:

Abadal Blanc is made from a combination of new varieties: Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay and the native Picapoll and Macabeo.

The harvest is done manually with selection in the vineyard. Short, cold maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Aging on lees to achieve greater varietal expression and good volume in the mouth.
