Description:

This 100% Mencía rosé wine is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes in a vineyard that is more than 60 years old. The harvest is done by hand and a heat treatment of the grapes is carried out at 5ºC. The selection table, gentle destemming, bleeding of yolk must and fermentation in stainless steel tanks are carried out with care. In tasting, its pale pink color with bluish reflections invites a sweet nose with floral and fruity aromas, and it is soft and fresh on the palate. It is recommended to serve at 6-8°C and is complemented with pickled trout salads. The vintage is from 2021.
