Description:

This 100% Bobal wine has an alcoholic level of 14% vol. and it is made following traditional agriculture, with minimal intervention in the production and with indigenous yeasts. The aging in second-hand barrels gives it personality with aromas of ripe red fruits and smoky and roasted notes. In the mouth it is harmonious, balsamic and has a long aftertaste. It is recommended to be stored in the bottle at a temperature of 15°C and improves with time. The Olivastro plot is located in the Utiel-Requena DO in Casas de Eufemia and is more than 100 years old. It is grown with traditional agriculture respecting the environment and natural resources.
