LAFOU EL SENDER

Description:

Lafou El Sender is a red wine made by LaFou Celler in the DO Terra Alta.

Its name is a tribute to the landscape of this Spanish region, particularly the path that runs along the vineyards of Mas Gabrielet, where the vines used in its production are grown.

Garnacha is the main variety, complemented by Syrah and a small amount of Morenillo, a variety native to the area. It is vinified plot by plot and then aged for 6 months in Central European oak barrels. The wine is recommended to pair with meat dishes, arroz de montaña or fish risotto.
